The process of having Invisalign and getting your teeth straightened is simple and straightforward. The steps are as follows:

1) Get an examination from Dr. Ivi Sanguinetti, which includes getting impressions of your teeth and viewing the 3D image of your aligners.

2) Return to our office in 2-3 weeks for your first set of aligners.

3) Receive instructions on placing, using and cleaning the Invisalign aligners.

4) Return periodically for new aligners that will continue to tighten and move your teeth to the final position.

Patients who get Invisalign aligners will be instructed to keep them clean and well maintained. Patients remove the aligners while brushing and flossing their teeth, as well as while eating meals. Thin Veneers

The thin veneers, also called Lumineers, are thinner than traditional veneers, though just as stable and effective. Thin veneers are made from porcelain that is extremely thin and shaped to fit over the patient’s teeth. They are bonded to the tooth so after a few days, our patients can eat with the veneers and not worry about them shifting or breaking off. Since they are thin, there isn’t as much contouring needed as there is with regular veneers in order to make room for the veneers.
